The “Ronda Ilhéu” Creative Residency returned for its third edition between 16 and 18 June, featuring sculptor and ceramist Carlos Oliveira.
On 16 June, a Ceramics Workshop for Adults took place at the Municipal Garden, during which Carlos Oliveira shared various modelling techniques, types of materials, and ceramic finishing methods.
Participants had the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and create unique pieces.
Over the following two days, ceramics workshops were held at EBS Mouzinho da Silveira (Primary School) and at the Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Corvo residential home. An additional hands-on session was also conducted at the ‘Planeta Azul’ Nursery and Kindergarten.
This edition counted on the partnership of EBS Mouzinho da Silveira and the Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Corvo, with support from the Dupla Informal Sargaço.
