Corvo Wild Birds Interpretation Centre

The Corvo Wild Birds Interpretation Centre is a key space for discovering the Natural Park and the Biosphere Reserve of Corvo Island.

Dedicated to showcasing the Azores’ birdlife and promoting birdwatching, the centre highlights the island’s importance on the international birdwatching scene, attracting visitors and specialists from around the world.

The exhibition area includes a range of multimedia and interactive resources, such as a sightings panel, holograms, and informative content about the wintering, migratory, breeding, and occasional species that can be observed on Corvo.

Visitors can also enjoy an immersive virtual reality experience, offering a journey across the smallest island in the Azores and providing insight into the relationship between the local community, the landscape, and its surrounding natural heritage.
